Watch This Video For Tiger Stone

What is a Tiger Stone?

Tiger Stone is a machine that can (re)pave the whole street at once, including edge finishing. The device is amazingly simple to operate.

The Laying of different elements and different sizes is possible, this in the desired pattern. The pressure on the work is 1500 kg high when laying a 6 meter road with the Tiger- Stone. This pressure ensures that the work is not driven apart by the mini-loader.

Because of the solid construction, the Tiger- Stone is almost maintenance free. The Tiger- Stone is electrical driven. A sensor follows the curbstone exactly, so no steering by hand is needed.

Filling the hopper is done with a miniloader. The operator stands safely behind the hopper. The road is free of rock debris, there is no cutting work is required.

Models:

Tiger Stone is available in three models, the 6, 5 and 4 meters. These models have several options, a roof to work in all weather conditions, multiple electrical connections, a platform to stock stone used for the edges. It is also an option to choose different color than Stone Tiger yellow and black. Other sizes are negotiable.

How Tiger Stone Work?

Tiger Stone is an easy to use paving machine tool. If the Tiger Stone is in position, lay the first meter on the bottom of the sliding board by hand. Once done you can slide the stones from above to fill the slidingboard .Below are some pictures that explain how the Tiger Stone works.

Tiger Stone will be placed in position with a remote control .The remote control will be re-placed with a sensor that follows, for example, the curbstone. Once the Tiger- Stone is in the right place is a fine adjustment can be made.

Once in the right position the side guides can be adjusted to the desired width. Adjusting the side guide depends on the stone and road width as well as the desired pattern. This is a very easy handling!

The plates connected to the slidingboard ensures that the road curve can be followed exactly. There are track erasers in front of the tracks.

After the first stones are placed on the bottom of the sliding board in the desired pattern, the operator can pick the stones out of the hopper and place the stones on the sliding board with the topside up. The operator works under ergonomic conditions on the back of the Stone Tiger

The Tiger -Stone is operated by a pushbutton. The stones slide down by gravity and will push the stone tightly in place under high pressures, in all directions. The result is a very nice finished and high quality road!.
